The suitcases are getting packed a little earlier than expected though as word of the band’s selection to join American treadmill rockers OK Go for their Australian tour taking in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne has just come to hand.

Currently in the studio working on their debut album with Brisbane producer Matt Redlich, Hungry Kids of Hungary are in for one hell of a busy 2010, if these first few months are anything to go by.

The Technical Freaks production team has been mulling over the idea of organizing something greater than a one-time day-long undertaking, and now, there you are at last. This summer we are pleased to unveil a unique event for the Russian trance scene – the Armageddon trance sound nightly festival. For the first time ever, live performances and DJ sets featuring world-acclaimed musical projects will be brought together on a single stage. Russian musicians, widely acknowledged as the trendsetters and initiators of nightly trance-sound shows, and also best artisans of trance music interpretation from around the world will be part of the extravaganza. There has never been anything comparable to this event before on the Russian territory, the festival is intended as an international gathering and we would welcome participants from all countries. Such unprecedented event is organized for the first time in this country, we are not aware of any similar event of such magnitude to take place within Russia ever before.
