I have actually had work in hungary on my teeth about 3 years ago, great service fair price. It’s not going to be free but would run similar to cost of having great dental insurance in the states. I had two crowns done and all my wisdom teeth pulled and I think it cost like $480 bucks or something. Just google dental or oral surgery budapest. I think there is also a city on the west coast called Vesprem where their are some good deals, closer to austria, but driving will cost. If you fly to budapest before april or after october these are the cheapest fairs like under $500 bucks. Most of the doctors are younger 40ish or under and almost all speak english. About 8 years ago after the russians left and the wall came down, tons and tons of American doctors of Hungarian decent moved back so, their are alot of Hungarian American doctors there as well. I would give you the name of mine but I think he passed away last year, he must have been at least 70, heavy heavy smoker drinker. Good Luck.
